Qassim University opens applications for undergraduate, masters, and doctoral scholarships for foreign (non-Saudi) students from all over the world. Online registration has been opened without a clear deadline.

Requirements for Admission of Overseas Scholarships
Applicable to applicants for overseas scholarships are the conditions that apply to applicants who are Saudi Arabian citizens at the Ministry of Education, plus the following conditions:
1. Applicants already have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree, or master's degree according to the program they want to register for.
2. Allowed by his country to study in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
3. Applicants are not currently receiving scholarships from other educational institutions in Saudi Arabia.
4. Undergraduate applicants are not less than 17 years old and not more than 25 years old. Master registrants are generally a maximum of 30 years old and doctoral applicants 35 years old.
5. Registrants are in good health.
6. Prepare 2 recommendations from parties known in their country.
7. Applicants have never been expelled from educational institutions in Saudi Arabia.
8. Pass the medical test prescribed by the university upon arrival in the Kingdom.
9. Female applicants are required to have a mahram who is already living in Saudi Arabia with an official residence permit (iqamah), both as workers and scholarship recipients.
Documents Needed to be Uploaded During Online Registration
1. Passport
2. High school diploma/Bachelor/Master's degree and transcript (made into 1 file)
3. 2 Recommendations (made into 1 file)
4. Photo
5. Iqamah mahram card (only for female registrants)
Warning
1. Registrants are required to maintain registration number, email, and mobile number. Because later it will be a medium of communication between the Scholarship Office and the Applicant if accepted.
2. Applies to students the rules of residence in the Kingdom as well as the rules listed on the campus notice board.
3. Applicants who do not meet the criteria or their documents are incomplete will be eliminated.
4. The filled data will not be trusted without uploading the requested documents.
5. Completing the online registration process does not mean you will be accepted.
6. If accepted, students may not transfer to another campus.
Agreement
1. Stating that the data filled in is correct. If found to be false, the university reserves the right to refuse registration.
2. Willing to come to campus according to the time specified in the acceptance letter.
3. Stating that they are ready to show all original documents if accepted and the university has the right to cancel the scholarship if the applicant cannot show the original documents.
Admin notes:
1. Generally no tests. Only file selection.
2. Saudi Arabia scholarship announcements are generally around 1 year, can be less and often more. Usually, only those who are accepted will be contacted by the university.
